We are very excited about our "How to Grow" seminar series this spring. The general theme is garden design, with talks on the basics of planting design (March 13), designing for difficult situations (May 2), and designing with succulents (May 22). For the talk on April 3, Growing Great Organic Tomatoes, we deviated from the design theme because … well, just because we’d like to grow great tomatoes. Come one, come all. The seminars are informative, are about 1 hour long, and are free—and we'll serve you coffee. Hope to see you here at the nursery.
This seminar will explore some basic ideas of Planting Design such as size, texture, color, and cultural requirements. All gardeners are welcome, especially those with little or no experience. We will focus on the most effective strategies for using plants—and don't forget to bring your questions.

She works closely with her clients to create enduring outdoor spaces that meet their unique needs and desires while respecting the particular culture of the site.
